Jumping



Position : Tadasana

  • Fold the elbows and place the hands with loose fist close to the chest.

Practice :

  • Jump up while simultaneously touching the heels to the buttocks and stand on the feet.
  • Slowly increase the speed and continue for 30 to 50 counts.

Mukha Dhouti :

  • Bend forward and place the palms on the respective thighs keeping the arms straight.
  • Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
  • The exhalation should be in the form of bursts. Just burst out the air forcibly through the mouth.
  • Relax in Tadasana for a while.
