Position : Tadasana
- Fold the elbows and place the hands with loose fist close to the chest.
- Jump up while simultaneously touching the heels to the buttocks and stand on the feet.
- Slowly increase the speed and continue for 30 to 50 counts.
Mukha Dhouti :
- Bend forward and place the palms on the respective thighs keeping the arms straight.
- Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
- The exhalation should be in the form of bursts. Just burst out the air forcibly through the mouth.
- Relax in Tadasana for a while.
