Hip Stretch



Position : Tadasana

Practice :

  • Spread the legs apart a little more than a meter. Let the feet be parallel to each other.
  • Raise the arms forward to shoulder level with palms facing downward.
  • While exhaling sit on the right foot. The left foot is stretched out without bending.
  • While inhaling, come up.
  • Repeat the practice alternatively 10 rounds.
