HIP TWIST:
Position : Tadasana
Practice :
- Make a loose fist of the palm and place them on the chest or raise the arms to shoulder level parallel to the ground.
- As you jump twist the hip towards right.
- Then jump and twist to the left.
- Practice 20 times gradually increasing the speed and slow down within the count.
- Relax in Tadasana.
Position : Tadasana
Practice :
- Spread the leg for about 1 to 2 feet apart.
- Place the palms on your waist region, fingers pointing forward.
- Start rotating your hip forming a full imaginary circle around your body.
- Keep the knees straight.
- Rotate the hip clockwise and anti clockwise 10 rounds each.
