Hip Twist and Hip Rotation



HIP TWIST:


Position : Tadasana

Practice :

  • Make a loose fist of the palm and place them on the chest or raise the arms to shoulder level parallel to the ground.
  • As you jump twist the hip towards right.
  • Then jump and twist to the left.
  • Practice 20 times gradually increasing the speed and slow down within the count.
  • Relax in Tadasana.


HIP ROTATION :





Position : Tadasana

Practice :

  • Spread the leg for about 1 to 2 feet apart.
  • Place the palms on your waist region, fingers pointing forward.
  • Start rotating your hip forming a full imaginary circle around your body.
  • Keep the knees straight.
  • Rotate the hip clockwise and anti clockwise 10 rounds each.
