Back Swing



Position : Tadasana

Practice :

  • Bring the right leg forward with a distance of about one meter between the legs.
  • Inhale, simultaneously raise the arms up swinging and arching the back and flexing the knee forward.
  • While exhaling, return to Tadasana.
  • Repeat the same practice with the left leg.
  • Practice 10 rounds alternately.
