Dandasana








Initial Sitting Position  : Dandasana

1. Keep the both legs stretched with heels together in sitting position.
2. Palms by the side of the buttocks on the floor.
3.  Keep the spine, neck and head straight.
4. Close the eyes.


Sitting Relaxation Position

1.  Keep the legs stretched apart in sitting  position and relax.
2.  Bend the trunk backwards slightly, place the hands behind to support the body.
3.  Keep the tip of the fingers backwards.
4.  Let the head hand freely behind or rest on either side of the shoulder and close the eyes.
