1. Stand straight with feet together or parallel to each other. Join inner edges of the feet.
2. Hands by the sides of the body, keep the fingers stretched out.
3. Distribute body's weight equally between the legs. head, trunk and legs are aligned in a straight line.
4. Pull up the knee caps, suck the abdomen in, expand the chest region.
5. Relax the neck and facial muscles.
6. Balance the body and close the eyes.

Standing Relaxation Position
1. Stand straight with legs apart about five to ten inches apart, keep the hands freely by the sides of the body. Collapse the shoulders.
2. Gently close the eyes and relax the whole body from toes to the crown region of the head.
