Position : Any Comfortable Position or Meditative posture
Practice :
- Sit in any meditative posture or any comfortable position.
- Keep the back straight, feel completely relaxed.
- Inhale slowly, while exhaling chant " OM " Kara in a low pitch.
- Feel the sound resonance throughout the body.
- Repeat 9 rounds.
- Regular practice of om chanting reduces the stress and tension.
- Lowers the blood pressure, slows down the heart rate.
- It calms down the mind.
- Co-ordinates between mind, breath and body.
- Enhances the will power, memory and self-confidence.
- Strengthens the immune system and rejuvenates the cells.
- Enhances the positive thinking in life.
