Position : Tadasana
- Stand erect with the feet about a meter apart.
- While inhaling, stretch the arms sideways and raise them to shoulder level so that they are in one straight line.
- While exhaling, bend to the right and try to slide the right hand down as far as comfortable till below the right knee. Bend in same plane.
- Look at the left palm facing forward and come up on inhalation.
- Repeat the same movements in the left side.
- Relax in tadasana with legs apart.
