Position : Dandasana
- Fold the right leg and bring the right heel under the right buttock.
- Slightly shift the body on the right heel, fold the left leg and bring the left heel under the left buttock.
- Sit straight with neck, head and spine erect. Rest the buttocks on the both heels. Keep the palms on the thighs.
- Close the eyes and focus on breathing. Sensitize the flow of breath in and out of the nostrils.
- It strengthens the pelvic muscles. Regulates the entire digestive system.
- Helps alleviate menstrual disorders.
- Best posture to practice for those people who has the problem of varicose vein and sciatica.
- People with knee pain should avoid this posture to practice.
