Spinal Stretch (with legs apart)



Position : Dandasana

  • Spread your legs as far as comfortable. Keep the hands stretched above your head.

Practice :

  • While exhaling, bend forward from the root of the waist region and try to touch the forehead to the right knee while holding the right foot with the hands.
  • While inhaling, come up.
  • Repeat the same on the other side.
  • Practice 15 to 20 times.

Note :

  • Do not bend the knees during the practice.
