Position : Dandasana
- Spread your legs as far as comfortable. Keep the hands stretched above your head.
Practice :
- While exhaling, bend forward from the root of the waist region and try to touch the forehead to the right knee while holding the right foot with the hands.
- While inhaling, come up.
- Repeat the same on the other side.
- Practice 15 to 20 times.
Note :
- Do not bend the knees during the practice.
