Knee Stretch



Position : Tadasana

Practice :
  • Stand straight with feet together and place the hands along the thighs with fingers stretched out.
  • While exhaling squat down on the feet, place the palms on the outer sides of the feet.
  • While inhaling come to the starting position.
  • Move up and down rapidly according to your pace. 
  • Do not strain the body.
  • Repeat 10 to 20 times
Note :
  • In sitting position try to keep the knees together and the  heels and palms are on the ground.
