Position : Tadasana
Practice :
- Stand straight with feet together and place the hands along the thighs with fingers stretched out.
- While exhaling squat down on the feet, place the palms on the outer sides of the feet.
- While inhaling come to the starting position.
- Move up and down rapidly according to your pace.
- Do not strain the body.
- Repeat 10 to 20 times
- In sitting position try to keep the knees together and the heels and palms are on the ground.
