Position : Sit in any meditative posture or comfortable sitting position.
- Open the mouth and press the upper teeth with lower set of teeth.
- Keep the tongue at the back of the teeth.
- Suck air in through the crevices of the teeth. Feel the cool air touching the gums and continuously into the mouth.
- Close the mouth and exhale through the nostrils slowly. Feel the warm air is exhaled out slowly through trachea and nostrils.
- Repeat the practice 6-9 rounds.
- It lowers the body temperature, prevents sensitive teeth.
- Keeps the gums and teeth healthy.
- While sucking the air in, do not pressurize and tense the gums or facial muscles.
- Inhale and exhale slowly to feel the coolness in the body.
