Om Chanting









Position :  Any Comfortable Position or Meditative posture

Practice :

  • Sit in any meditative posture or any comfortable position.
  • Keep the back straight, feel completely relaxed.
  • Inhale slowly, while exhaling chant " OM "  Kara in a low pitch.
  • Feel the sound resonance throughout the body.
  • Repeat 9 rounds.

Benefits :

  • Regular practice of om chanting reduces the stress and tension.
  • Lowers the blood pressure, slows down the heart rate.
  • It calms down the mind.
  • Co-ordinates between mind, breath and body.
  • Enhances the will power, memory and self-confidence.
